Don't know where to start
Hello everyone
My partner (we are not married) and me just split up. We have a nine month old daughter together. I am still living in his house. As it is his and my name is not on the deed I gues I am the one thats moving out with my daughter. I am going back to work beginning of September and planning to be full time by december.
As I haven't had any single mums as friends or have been myself I really dont know where I should start. What benefits can I get? Where should I go to find out about all the different benefits I can get? I know that I will not fall under the low income categorie with my income but I am not gonna be reach either if you know what I a mean. But I am sure there is still some help out there I can get.
How much money should I expect from my partner as support? Do we have to take a lawyer to sort this or can we sort it between us. If yes is there anything I should be carefull about?
As I am from abroad I wonder am I able to move back home to Germany with my daughter or can the father forbit me to do so.
I know so mamy questions. I hope someone can help me.
Thank you for your time.
