Has anyone found a new man whilst pregnant? What were their feelings about your pregnancy? Has anyone found a great man who has taken on their kids?    Report

22-09-2005, 2:52 PM chrissie Joined on 22-09-2005 Posts 2 Re: Finding a new man hi i thought i would share this with you all .i split up with my husband last year after 4 very unhappy years together we have 2 children aged 3 and 1 i finally asked him to leave home in march  thisyear.i would never of had the strenght or courage to tell him to leave it it wasnt for my best friend of 8 years iain. we always have had a bit of a thing for each other but nothing ever came of it as it was always the wrong time for one of us . but he could never seem to handle the fact that i had children always saying he was to young for the responsibility of them and me! so we decided to stay friends. i however found myself a new man who seemed wonderful he was great with me and really accepted my children man of my dreams i thought, how wrong could i have been he was lying to me all along he had a girlfriend and she was 5 months pregnant and all this time he was telling me how much he loved me and all the usual.soa completely gutted chrissie found herself on iains doorstep,telling him how sorry i am for being a fool, because 2 weeks previous to this happening he told me that he was in love with me. and now a few months on we are happier than ever and he really dotes on my 2 wonderful girls.so when you think that it s never gonna happen just remind yourself that love alwwys wins and it might be in the person you never even dreamed of. men are the wierd and wonderful species. so  just incase my man ever sees thisi love you very much. and all you single mums have faith and take comfort in your friends.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx    Report
