Whether that be just sending e-mails, having on-line conversations or eventually meeting up for some company when life sometimes gets lonely and boring (and we all know it does). Although I’m young I would like the older mums to know that my experiences of being a young, single mum and dealing with an abusive partner has made me grow up very quickly. I do consider myself to be mature for my age, sometimes too much so…anyway just try not to hold any stereotypes of young mums when considering to reply, we are not all the same. I will say I have a much younger attitude to life than my years . Does that make sense. My second husb left about 7 wks ago after 21months of marriage. My first marriage broke up after 7yrs in 1999. So I am anexperienced single parent!!!!!! Didnt expect to be in this position again but then no one knows what life is goingto throw at them.    Report

I am also looking to meet and make new friends. I like to email and talk a bit as us ladies do.  it does not matter if you are a young mum as long as you are a great mum which I know you are! and your sons healthy that is the main thing.
