Angelina Jolie but shes not really human, and shes bagged brad now. Nicole Kidman (her kids are adopted cos tom cruise can only get it up for men). Jordan was a single mum to poor Harvey for ages. Now shes with scary-face Andre. Has anyone watched their reality programme? It was actually quite touching when they had the baby and nice to see that while she was rejected in her first pregnancy her and the new baby were truly cherished this time round (even if it was by scary-face). Come on, who else? this is fun.    Report

28-03-2006, 10:10 PM Emmarb Joined on 28-03-2006 Posts 3 Re: Famous single mums I have a host of others, Madonna, Cleopatra,  Jodie Foster, Meg Mathews (or anyone who has been involved with Oasis) Candida Flockhart, Patsy Kensit, Jodie Foster, Jerry Hall, Bob Geldoff (OK DAD!) the point is single mumdom can hit almost anyone at anytime, widowed, never married, did it alone.  Our stereo-types of the single parent have been tainted by the media and history, it is time to shed this and take on a far sassier, confident voice.Just because some of those people are now in new relationships does not mean they can no longer be positive role models for single mums not in relationships.    Report
